I haven't been to any cigar shops/bars down there, but just did a quick search. Island Girl looks like a pretty good place....there's two locations. They are cigar bars.

I travel down there all e time. Island Girl is the best. The beach location doesn't have liquor. The one on Gate Is why I usually go. Laid back, good ventilation, lots of space with tvs all around. The owner is Rocky, great guy.
