Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.
Take it easy Greg. Thanks for all of the advice and the very informative posts!
Time to see a doctor I suppose, once I get back from vacation.
Also check with a Podiatrist. I have treated some backpains with orthotics. If you have a Pes Cavus (high arch) or a Pes Plannus(flat foot) those two extremes causes bio-mechanical problems that can lead to low back pain.yea Im dealing with back problems now never wait, cause you only make things worse. I've been to physical therapy, chiropractor you name it. Major pain pills etc...
FWIW, I suffered from back spasms for about 3 years.I started getting back spasms a few years ago and it was like that. I couldn't do anything. Still happens 2 or 3 times a year. It's rough.
Hey, if it worked that's all that counts! :thumbsup:Sorry to hear about that! My dad has the same thing, though, he started doing exercises for it. Didn't work. Then one day that he had a flight to Brazil he and he's friends went to some dude (I can not recall the name that they have) and sort of did some weird "operation" like scratches. The dude can see right through you and know what you have and fixes it right up. Ever since that day, my dad hasn't had any back pains.
It's weird.
