Guess Ill return the 72. My Humi is reading 62 still on the analog. Digi is getting calibrated as soon as I get the calibration kit.

What are ill effects of using the 72?

Nothing really, you'll have to find what RH works for you. Some find higher RH (72ish or higher) has a tighter draw than their liking due to more moisture in the leaf causing the tobacco inside the cigar to expand. On the other side, a stick too dry(around 60ish or lower) will contract and have a tighter draw as well. Personally, I find less burn issues in the 65-67 range, it also stays lit a little longer when resting so I don't have relight it.

Great point. I noticed the cigar I picked up today (Liga Undercrown) went out halfway through. Wonder if I should drybox cigars for 24-48 hours before smoking. If I do I think I need to get a fellow brother to let me buy an empty cedar box from them to do so.
