  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

MMM... coffee!

Mistakes are a part of being human. Appreciate your mistakes for what they are: precious life lessons that can only be learned the hard way. Unless it's a fatal mistake, which, at least, others can learn from.

Man I leave for a few hours to watch the Giants game and you guys are running amuck (sp?) with this thread!

Toffee is some good stuff.

Coffee wise, I am going to pick up some killerbeans to try out. After I buy a grinder though. Still using that whirl jobber.

 Then my roast profile is still good. I roasted up some for you, but didn't get a chance to roast anything else until last night. Enjoyed a Torano Sig Robusto and set myself and a couple of coffee groupies up for the week. I worry when the ambient temp drops so drastically. Won’t be long until you either have a popper or an SC/CO setup at home, Tom. Especially if you spend any amount of time on that “other site”.  :halfgrinw

I started reading more and more over there. Not much posting though since I know nothing. I am going to start with the grinder and purchasing some beans.

I am sure I will eventually get to roasting.
