Mmmmmm 10yr Old Sharp Cheddar!

Bought a pound locally today, man, if you've never had a nice 7-10 year old sharp cheddar, do yourself a favor and pick some up. Man that's good.

As for the Cheddar. Love the sharp. I get the Hoffman's Super Sharp for the everyday. But it doesn't last long.
