I saw yer half a lime for that glass. We make them in similar proportions, by the looks of it.

Yeah, not too sweet, but not overpowering with tartness...just a good balance between lime and mint :grin:

A well prepared mojito goes great with a cigar, especially if it's an Havana.

I grow my own Mint. Mint is great, because it grows like a weed when watered properly.
