Really hard to tell from the photos. Looks like it could be mold or sunspots on the wrapper. Have you tied to wipe it off? If you suspect mold in the foot I wouldn't risk smoking it.

Yeah, it looks like mold. Can't really see the mold on the foot well, but if it's there, I wouldn't smoke it.

Probably the best way to tell if you have mold or plume is to run the cigar under a blacklight. Most forms of mold will fluoresce under a blacklight while plume does not.

If the mold is on the wrapper, wipe it off and fire it up. If the mold is in the foot, toss the stick. It's better to toss it than to make yourself sick smoking it.

What stick is it? It's a toss up 50/50 by eye. Ripe has the best answer black light it and quarantine or smoke that sucker

Hard to tell, but it doesn't look fuzzy and it doesn't look like it would wipe off, so I don't think it looks like mold. But it sure doesn't look like plume, either. Sunspots would be my guess, but again, tough to tell with the pictures.

99% of the time if you need to ask then its mold. Plume is pretty rare

It's mold no doubt. If its barely on the foot cut a quater inch of dry box a day or so and smoke.

Unfortunately this is indeed mold. Wipe it off and smoke it! I have before, and no harm done.

Mold. It is always mold.... I literally have seen pics of plume on here in the single digits.
