  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I couldn't resist and recently smoked a Montecristo no 4 off the truck and enjoyed it a ton. The rest will take as long of a nap as I can handle. One thing that was interesting to me was that every few puffs I would get a strong AF Hemingway similarity (and in my opinion that's a good thing).

Has anyone else tasted similarities between the two?

I smoked a Monte 4 ROTT just the other day and it was great, didn't remind me at all of a Fuente though

So I had to smoke a short story to see how out of whack I was, and I'll qualify it by saying the bouquet reminds me more of the Montecristo no 4 than the taste, if that makes sense. Still getting a slight connection, just can't put my finger on it yet!
