More help needed

Alright guys you botl are a smart group so here it goes.
Im interestted obviously in a house in Galena IL. I want to know the following things in this property.
1 How much the current owners owe?
2 Is it a short sale?
3 HOW MUCH THIS PROPERTY SOLD FOR 5 YRS AGO(to current owners)?
Do i need to request the deed from the Jo Daviess county recorder. Or do I need to request other Docs as well. P.s. Jo Daviess county recorders are not available online. And I would like to keep any realtor on my side out of monopoly game. Thank for the help Brothers.

If you go to zillow.com put in the address then it will tell you how much the current owners paid for it and when it was purchased as well as the taxes on it.

Taxes but no purchase price. Prob because Jo daviess county is in the stone age of records.
