Ugh. Is this really what small businessmen need in this economy?

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.
I got this message in my e-mail this morning. C'mon all you Boston area BOTL / SOTL's, do something about it. Contact your legislators. Tell them you vote and you are dead set against this ban.Ugh. Is this really what small businessmen need in this economy?

I agree completely here. Ye could smoke all day long, non-stop, and still be up and well (the pallate might loathe ye though); while if ye have a tad too many aspirins, that'll be the last bloody headache ye'll ever have! The thing that gets me is that they lump all the legislation together so that 3 or 4 things are attached to the same bill. They claim tobacco should not be sold in pharmacies because, "Tobacco Kills", well there are a lot of things that can kill you in the pharmacy, so lets take all of that out too. Why is it such a big deal that there are cigar bars, customers know the risks and make the choice to go in there and smoke. It's not like they are infringing on the public by doing so. In the words of Peter Griffin, "...and that's what really grinds my gears".
