As far as 'so bad it's good' I'd have to put Manos: The Hands of Fate...


...and Plan 9 From Outer Space...


...at the top. They're pretty obvious choices, but if you've never seen them, you should.

As for 'so bad it's terrible', there are so many to choose from. Off the top of my head, the reboot of Fantastic Four (2015) was abysmal. Probably the worst movie I've ever seen. I literally didn't enjoy one single moment of that movie. It's rare for me to say that. Even Battlefield: Earth had 2 or 3 enjoyable moments (in spite of it probably being my second least favorite movie).
