Have we forgotten Jim Brown, Walter Payton, Emmitt Smith, etc.? Tomlinson just completed his 7th year and got another rushing title, but look at the teams he gets yardage against: KC, DEN, DET, OAK, teams with absolutely porous rush defenses. I don't think he's as durable as any of the great RBs already mentioned. He certainly hasn't delivered in the post season. 2006 was his peak. Too bad for him that NE stopped derailed his team.Cool Video.
He'll most likely end up being the top back ever, statistically. I still think Barry Sanders would have been by far and away the best back ever had he kept playing.
Of course, Barry never won a Super Bowl and Tomlinson may never win one either, at this rate.
Hold on, that's what you guys said last year. You sound like a pre-2004 Red Sox fan. Are you expecting an 86 year drought?haha! cute!! just wait till next year!!!
Barry was one of a kind...................Cool Video.

You must not have read my post. I said L.T. will most likey end up being the best back ever, STATISTICALLY. And that, you can bank on. I never said he'll be the best all time. I said had Barry kept playing he would have been the best ever, but sadly he can never be.Have we forgotten Jim Brown, Walter Payton, Emmitt Smith, etc.?
