I heard about that when it came out. That sounds like a definite must have.Joy Of Cooking should be on everyones shelf. It has all the basics and common dishes and details and techniques that make it so useful.

It's sort of the Italian version of Joy of Cooking, translated into English.
Mac & Cheese out of a box doesn't count as a recipeI rarely use them because I more then likely have to make out a list of ingredients I don't have. And then the spices and other stuff add up that I won't use except when cooking that dish. I've come up with some creative bachelor recipes :rofl:
