  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

That really sucks, sorry to hear that! I remember back when I first bought my house and I only had a couple of little rugrats I didn't tie the tree down to tight on the roof. Well about half way home someone pulled me over and said hey bub your Christmas tree fell off about a mile back, so I flipped around and headed back. To my surprise as I was pulling up to where I lost it there was a van pulling away with my tree in there sticking out the back door, they stole by f'n tree!

Sorry to hear about this but you definately have to report it to your local police or PA state police depending on your location. The county won't help you but your local PD should take the report which as stated before could be part of a bigger picture.

Sorry man. I've been there before ... about 10 years ago. This is why I never leave stuff in my car that is visible to people walking by. If they can't see it ... there is no temptation.

Really sorry to hear about this. It's a real PIA when this kind of stuff happens. Have had more stuff stolen from me than I want to think about. You know it's bad when you start planning on where to park, where to store your stuff and things like that because you have to worry about somebody stealing from you. Cigar forums are one of those places I don't have to worry about or think about how I can protect my belongings. Hope you report it and are able to get something back.

Now that's something to celebrate! Send me your address and I'll spread a little more Christmas cheer. I'm SO happy you got it back. I was thinking of ways we could help out here but this is certainly the best outcome.
