What did you do to address the exhaust in a house that old? 19 Somkers? WOW!

Have a vent for air intake, and another vent for the outtake. The outtake vent has a large tube that runs through my garage to the outside of the house. There's an in-line fan near the house's outer wall, and a variable control in the room.
