A friend picked me up a churchill per request a few days ago at the local B&M, I haven't had a bijou since they first came out, and memory being what it is....

The stick has a different smell than I remember. It seems a bit lighter in weight. It is not as firm. Nor is the wrapper as bumpy or oily. Now all this can be normal for a cigar 10 months from its initial run. I came across a description online the other day that cited this cigar having a Habano oscuro wrapper. I remember (and found on Brooks' pre-release review of these) that they were calling the wrapper pelo de oro oscuro when it was first released. Are these the same things? Or has this stick been reblended since Pepin's pelo de oro is running low? Has anybody heard anything on this? Thanks!

Even if it has been reblended I'm sure it still rules like they did, but I was curious.
