my first box

Just got my first box. Nothing special just some est 1844 from ci. A great cheap stick IMO. And a 5iver of relics by 5V.

Very cool. I have been sampling for a year and have not made a box purchase yet. I plan to make that leap when the Anejos are released in a couple of months. For the last year I have been throwing all of my change in a container and am going to get a box of 46's and a box of Sharks when they are released.

Congrats! Yeah, my first box was Padilla Golden Bear. I smoked my first one and only knew it put me on my ass while I was drinking (check the embarrassing stories thread) then smoked another one the next day sober and it was the best cigar I had ever smoked. I've bought 3 additional boxes of 50 since then and 2 bundles of the maduros... but cant find them anymore... on to the next gem.

Those 1844's are a solid stick, especially for the price.

My first was a box of Boli PC and only just purchased my second, splitting a box of Flor De Las Antillas with a BOTL.

Mine was a box of Capote - small sticks from the Canary Islands in a little cedar box, bought dirt-cheap in an airport Duty Free in Spain. Pretty good at the time, though it was one of the first cigars I ever smoked so who knows if I'd like it now.
