Stay focused, strong, and good riddance. When the pain and shock subside, and they will, you will be grateful to have dodged a bullet.

Sorry to hear about all this bro. My best friend's engagement just ended and he's stuck with a freaking blinging ring. But, he was told the opposite that a lot of guys are saying. He couldn't return the ring and his jeweler told him to either sell it to a private party, which would be hard because a lot of people would consider it a bad omen to propose with a ring from an engagement that didnt work out...or he said to hold onto the ring for the future because it could appreciate in value depending on the market. Then when he decides to propose to someone else he can try to sell the ring to a retailer and use the money for a different one.

I know nothing about jewelry so I have no idea if thats accurate but thats what he was told.

Cubic Zirconia, Bro.

If they make 5 years, THEN a Diamond.

I have three ex wives....most I paid for a ring was a few hundred...The wife now? She's wearin $5K.

You'll learn.
