My Project...and why i have not been around lately.

okay guys and girls...here it goes.

first off, sorry for not being around lately, ive been super busy.

I'm a star wars fanatic. thats it. I have been saving for a very long time for a set of movie-quality and 501st approved stormtrooper armor. i finally found some at the right price and went for it and it came in the mail last thursday. ive been working on assembling and modding it ever since. dont remember the last time i slept :dunno:

i finally got it wearable and took it on its first test run this evening. Now, these pics are without my gloves and black under suit...those are due in the mail tomorrow afternoon. then after i do some more work on the shoulders, elbows, and helmet, we will be good to go.

i have a ROM FX voice amp and microphone mounted in the helmet. (speaker sits on my belt on my waist) and i have hooked up a small fan powered by four AA's in the helmet as well to keep it cool and from fogging.

Oh man. Where is the mod for a flashing LED sign that says Virgin! Sorry I couldn't resist. I'm really torn by how badass I think this is and how nerdy it is. I gotta say you have some major cojones for putting it out in a place like this. And if you tell me you have a lil Princess Leia Organa Solo (born Leia Amidala Skywalker) then I give you all the respect I have!

I love Star Wars - love the Halloween costume! (If you plan on wearing it on the weekends throughout the year, we might have to have a little talk though.. Lol).
