I agree that some might avoid mentioning it altogether to avoid offending, depending on the culture or individual comfort levels.

The most you can hope for is the question, "Are you following a particular diet?" in which case you may just respond with "No, just eating more sensibly," as there isn't much else to ask. People typically pick up on social cues when someone doesn't offer additional information. People aren't particularly interested in other people's diets or Reverse Health. People typically ask because they believe they are being considerate by expressing their recognition of your weight loss. Many individuals I know would be embarrassed to even bring it up out of fear of offending someone, but it depends on the local culture.
I've had a similar experience where people commented on my weight loss and asked if I was on a specific diet. I usually just say I'm eating more sensibly and leave it at that. Most folks are just trying to be polite and acknowledge the change, but don't want to pry.

I remember a time when I was lifting weights and trying to get stronger. My coach suggested some supplements to support my training, and while some people might jump to conclusions about steroids, it was actually just a well-balanced supplement plan that helped me recover faster and build muscle. It was a boost to my routine, and I was upfront about it. The key is just being honest and focusing on what works for you.

I’m actually keeping the weight off and still putting muscle on. My username will stay because I still have 2 testicles and they weigh 20lbs each.

The Harley and I are all over the place just looking for you to jump on the back!
LOL, there are ways of losing weight there as well. I'm not giving advice, and you'll figure it out sooner or later.

My weight loss can be summed up in 3 words.

O.zem.pic

I am 40 pounds lighter than I was a couple of years ago and many people have commented. I basically tell them I haven’t changed a thing except to stop taking one drug that made me gain weight (glimiperide) and started taking another one (ozempic) that made me lose it.
