Had surgery at 7 am today. Been resting at home since about noon. In some pain of course, but not on any pain meds, just 2 ibuprofen and 2 tylenol every 4 hours with soft food. Will start a walking program tomorrow. 5 minutes 5 times a day increasing a minute every day until I'm walking 30 minutes 5 times a day. Can't lift anything heavier than a gallon of milk for quite awhile. My 2 dogs hate that and so do I. They are my best buds
