Planning on seeing Alicia Witt sing at the Rockwood Music Hall on Allen St near Houston in August. I hate driving to Manhattan so I'm thinking a train to Penn and whatever transportation to the show. I need some input as to my options and if driving might be a better solution. Also, are there any cigar lounges nearby where i can grab a smoke before the show that's close enough that I can walk to after a late lunch at Katz. Thanks!
