I'm looking for a tattooist that specializes in realistic portraiture for a memorial tattoo. I live in the Boston area but don't mind driving a bit for the right artist.

This guy's got mad skill! I have been wanting to get a portrait of my daughters tattooed for some time.Wanna drive to Miami?? I have a buddy that specializes in being good all around...

I may end up going with some angels or something. A good portraiture artist is hard to find.

If you cannot find one in Mass there are quiet a few here in CT. I know of couple in the Hartford County area. They are no BS and would say if they can or cannot do it, not just take your money. Also reference is very key here. You need several pictures all around the same age and they should be 8 x 11. If you are working with one picture and its small the detail will not be there. Any artists that say they can do it off a small picture is full of it. There are some great artist in Mass you just have to track them down.
