Need Help Contacting a Vendor

I'm having a shipping problem (not confiscation) with an order but the vendor does not respond to my emails. The vendor is a well established vendor whose initials are CoC. Please send me a PM if you can help me with this vendor.

Terrible communicators.....never heard of issues.

Problem is that they do not provide a phone number. Lesson learned - never buy from a vendor that does not provide a phone number.
