Need Help Planning Trip to the D.R.

I am looking to take my wife on our first nice vacation sense we've been together. 20 years total and we've never gone on a really nice vacation. Well after trying to find what's in our budget and reading articals I think the D.R. is our best bet. I want to take her to a nice "All Inclusive" Beach and Spa location with wonderfull sites as well. Can anybody help with recommendations on a beautifull place and point of contact for package deals.
Any help would be great fellas!
