Need RAM..A Good Buy?

Got my computer fixed...somewhat...I need some RAM (currently 256mb). Looking to upgrade and wondering if this will go trouble free in my desktop. Look good to all the computer geeks? :dunno:

That particular stick i get for $81.37, so thats a good price. Just make sure its compatible with you system and motherboard.
