I ran across a list of new words for 2008

a while back that was fun and decided it might be fun to come up with some of our own with a cigar twist. If anyone wants to list old favorites like Fauxhiba or Cohibo that is good, lets just have a laugh. Here is my attempt:


Cigar Bumoisseur- A guy who smokes dog rockets until he shows up empty handed at your house and eyeing your stash starts making sugestions.

Ash Hole: That guy who intentionally let's the ash fall off his cigar and onto your new carpet/rug.

Turd Burglar - Similar to a Cigar Bumosseur

Chew Toy - What Wade tunred his cigars into once he figured out that if you chew on it and don't light it, you'll get a tongue-numbing nicotine buzz.

Dick Stick - What you give a Turd Burglar or Cigar Bummoseur instead of that Opus he was eye balling.

Big Dick Stick - A cigar that you know is down right terrible that you save for the Ash Hole who keeps staring at your wife's tits and who keeps helping himself to the beer and wine you have tucked away out of sight.

Jet Finger - A burn blister on your thumb as the result of excessivley toasting the foot of your cigar with your torch lighter.

Trench Mouth - What your breath smells like the morning after a good late night smoke.

Stogie Pokie - What Bill Clinton did to Monica

Homiedor - The storage device used to keep cigars you don't like, but your friends who know little about cigars will most definitley enjoy, expecially after they've drunk all your beer and liquor.

Cigar-B-Que - An event that must involve the key elements of cigars and food and must take place in a backyard.

Cubomination- A glass top cigar box that says Cohiba or anything fake Cuban.

Pre-Emboozle - Anything advertising being made with pre-embargo tobacco, but dosn't tell you it's just laced with pre-embargo bug dust.

Gar-mitzva - the coming of age of cigar smoker; i.e. the moment you realize that Swisher Sweets suck and Arturo Fuentes do not.

Gargirl- any pretty, usualy young. female at an event or in a cigar magazine

Crave Digging- to go back into the ash try to relight something you had decided was finished.

Garf- the worst flavor of barf.

Stgar Search or Gar Search - Prounounced "Star" search - The rummaging through of one's humidor looking for a cigar to smoke when one doens't know exactly what one is in the mood for. This can also happen when looking through a B&M.

Plume Field - The area where clouds of smoke can be seen rising in the air when numerous herfers exhale their smoke in the politest of fashions by holding ther heads back and blowing the smoke up. This usually occurs at b&m sponsor events, trade shows and other large gatherings of BOTLs.

Car Gar - The residual smell in your car after smoking a cigar in it.
