New coffee shop.

I have a new coffee shop in my neighborhood. Neat place that is a great alternative to Starbucks. They have a seriously high tech aero press machine, plus this thing.....which is just cool to look at too!

Blue Bottle in San Francisco started the "siphon craze" a few years ago. Pretty elaborate & entertaining (not to mention expensive) way to make coffee.

Pretty sure the best siphon bars are all hand made in Japan. Very labor intensive to use it too. The cup they produce is very similar to a vacuum brewer (I have an electric Bodum one somewhere) and it makes a very clean, sediment free cup that accentuates acidity over body.
