Is it propane or are you hooking it up to the gas line at your home?

My last gas grill (which I loved and the ex-wife took) was a Vermont Castings and it was amazing. I could get that sucker up to about 760° - perfect for thin crust pizzas. The problem, however, is that it went through propane tanks like crazy if I got it that high. I should have gotten the converter for natural gas. My father-in-law did that with his and he never has to worry about refilling a tank.

It's propane tanks. Or apartment uses natural gas and we can't tap directly into the line anyways. Most of the time I'm going to be using 2 burners but wanted the extra space so I can us indirect heat on pork shoulder and large cuts of meat.

LOL...the pond isn't as close as it appears to be. It's gotta roll back about 15 feet before it gets to the decline and then another 20' after that before it hits the rocks, then has to clear those. I put it on a textured grill pad and locked the wheels. Shouldn't go anywhere.
