It sounds like he's describing a candela wrapper. I don't know flor de oliva that well to know if they make a cigar with a candela but there are other brands out there that do. I've never had interest in a candela though. This is what I found on a quick look about.

Thanks, eodcole. That is exactly what I was looking for :thumbsup:. I may be wrong with the brand, it was a long time ago. I just got done reading an interesting article on the candela wrappers, and I distinctly remember the sweet taste they were talking about. Seems like a good time for a trip to the smoke shop :stretchgr
