I was just reading a write up about the new San Lotano Oval Maduro. Was not sure if it had been released yet. If anyone has tried it, I'd love to hear your feedback on it. Thanks.

The owner of the B&M I frequent said I need to give it a couple months rest before smoking. Something about this new batch that came out that wasn't right. I had the regular Oval and it was very harsh.

Personally, I prefer the regular Oval. the Maduro was ok, but won't be buying too many of them as long as I can get my hands on the naturals.

I had one the other night. True, it might get better with age but age can only enhance what is already there. I don't say this often but I much prefer the regular line over the maduro.
The maduro is meh. I think age can only elevate this one to mediocre.
