  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I did a spinach/artichoke dip, a buffalo chicken w/ bleu cheese dip, home made mini meatballs in a simple vodka sauce and bruschetta with shallots, fresh mozz and vine tomatoes.

Roommate made turkey (party foul) chili. Good night overall.

Same thing here for 2010....I love jambalaya.
Recipes!! Damn it we want recipes! You're making me drool bro, I've been looking for a good jambalaya recipe for years and none has came close to a dish I had in Fayetteville many years ago. Also had some great gumbo that I can't recreate either. Maybe the cook slipped in some mysterious Louisiana mystery meat, I dunno but it sure was good.

I took the whole fam to brunch. Mom, sister and all the neices and nephews plus my kids and lady. It was good and ate way to much. Had a nap and then my nine year old had a sleep over. Six nine year old girls last night and boy my head hurts. So glad I'm working today. Happy New Year Everybody!
