That Hawks/Caps game was crazy yesterday. Didn't think the Hawks would give up 2 in a row like that. Looks like the Olympic break really affected their momentum they had built up.

Wings have a big one against Calgary. Big game for the playoff race.

Red Wings managed to get back in the top 8 in the West. They play Calgary tonight at 9:30 EST. Calgary is 1 point behind Detroit.

I'll be watching this game. It should be a good one with so much at stake.

I disagree on both accounts. When it comes to the playoffs it is about goaltending and defense. I wouldn't say those are the Caps strong suits.

That Ovechkin call was deserved. Campbell was in a vulnerable position and Ovi didn't hold up at all. It was a dirty play and he is starting to create a reputation as a dirty player. Sad to see a great player like this commit plays like that.

We'll see about the Caps, like I said, it seems that this year, they just win.

It was a dirty play, yes, but not what was ruled. That's my opinion, but these days you never know hat the refs are going to call.

Average goalie? Fleury was one of the best goalies in the playoffs, and Pens created a lot of turnovers.

Yeah definitely rather play SJ. That was a sick game. The wings are 3 pts ahead of CGY now, Giving them a slight cushion for 8th place.

What I can't believe is that the Yotes moved into 1st in their division moving San Jose to 4th in the playoff race. The Yotes are just on fire!

Wings had a disappointing loss to Edmonton but bounced back the next night with a buzzer beating goal in OT to beat Vancouver. 8th place in the playoff race. We can easily move up with some wins this week.

Yeah I think the Wings can take the Pens tonight. I am just glad the Wings managed to grab a point in the Edmonton game. Calgary lost to the Wild that was a key loss. Now we need to take advantage of that and get 4 points ahead of them.

Solid win with 2 goals from Zetterberg.
Howard grabbed and facewashed crybaby after the game it was awesome.

Wings played decent.
Nice 4 point lead over CGY with 7 games left.
I smell a 19th consecutive playoff appearance...

CGY lost last night giving the Wings a little more of a cushion. 4 points separates the 8th seed from the 5th. Some crazy things can go down in the last few weeks.
