I enjoy the Nub cigars. Not the biggest fan of the cameroon, and the torp shape is best. IMO, this cigar is well worth the fairly low cost ($4.50 average, I have seen). I've spent as long as an hour to smoke just one. (Oh, and I have stood the thing on ASH just like the advertisement. If I can do it again, I will take pics next time).

IMHO the conn is the best wrapper. Not really happy with the Habano

I liked these alot, but I too, got burned out quickly. The Cameroon was my favorite - the smallest one.
I was getting them from CI on discounts - I think on average I was paying >3 ea.

I love the Habano myself....cammies=nope lol...connie is a good mild smoke imho...the are coming out with a maduro line as well as a line featuring the same tobacco of the padilla miami 8 11 line IF I read Sam's site correctly and am understanding it...len

It's a great philosophy, but doesn't seem to work. There are 2 schools of though why smokes develop at 4-2" remaining. The nub seems to intend to capture the first school which says that any cigar at that length will supposedly blossom into the greatest flavors.
I believe that cigars, as they burn, collect cumulatively more oils near the 4-2" mark. It makes logical sense that these accumulated oils would burn in a certain harmony when the cigar reaches that point, which produces the remarkable development.
Although it doesn't live up to the philosophy that they were attempting to capture, I enjoy the smoke. The sales must be phenomenal simply for the novelty of a cigar with the shape and size of the Nub. (And, again, I like them for the $ point vs. length of smoke. They taste great, and they are enjoyable to smoke).

I've only had the Cammy, but liked it. I can't wait to try the Connie, as I'm always looking for full-flavored mild-bodied cigars.
These are NOT quick smokes, though! The one I smoked took me well over an hour. As far as tobacco, they have tons...by wieght, the large size has more tobacco than an 8x50 Presidente.
One part of their philosophy does hold true--the beginning of the cigar tastes great. I can't say that for all the cigars that I smoke, it often takes at least an inch to "get going." These are flavorful from the start.
At retail, I think these are a good deal (along with all of Oliva's stuff). At my B&M, it's VERY hard to find a decent stick under $6, so Olivas are great. Now that the initial novelty has worn off, these can be had for $3-$4 each online, which I think is the correct price.

I have one in the humi, and just can't bring myself to smoke it. I don't buy into the NUB aspect that a 3 inch cigar will smoke like a 6 inch ciagr at it's 3 inch point. And since I'm not huge on Large ring gagues, so this is in there for the ODD SIZE factor.

I can only smoke the torpedo's on these. I don't mind some large rings on cigars that are big enough to hold, but the Nubs are to short to feel right in the hand. The Habano Torpedo's I had smoked well though, but I never wanted to buy more.
