What's really bad about these bans is places like Maryland. It was basically the counties making the bans and businesses were realy hurting from it becasue if people wanted to go out and be able to smoke they would just drive another 15 minutes to a bar outside the county.

Damn, look how many people lost thier means of income. Not to mention all the jobs associated with them.

I'm suprised Dallas and Arlington haven't suffered more. . . I'm betting they will. Both of those are city bans, so it's not even neccessarily 15 minutes away to a place where you can smoke. Thank GOD Ft. Worth hasn't jumped on that bandwagon!
