Help! I have been using an Oasis XL Plus for about a year and its been great. Suddenly I noticed the humidity climbing to over 75%. I usually keep it at 68. When I checked it out I found that the display would constantly decrease very rapidly. There is no way to set it correctly. If I disconnect the power to it and then reconnect I get the usual C16 display, but then it immediately starts counting down! Anybody seen this? If I select any of the 3 buttons on top, it will stop momentarily until I let go, then continue to cycle.

Hmmmm, not sure. I wish I had an answer for you, my CO has been working flawlessly for a couple years now.
Are you using a recently calibrated digital hydrometer or just looking at the Oasis display? That would be my first step to solve the possible RH issue.
Far as the Oasis, I have little clue as well. Mine is an older style manual dial and been working fine for almost 2 years. Check with the retailer or the maker direct for best advise.
