  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Off to the butcher...

Holy shit! Look at that marbling.....Looks more like Kobe or Wagyu beef! I may have to have you ship me some, brother! How much are we talking per lb? Interested in Filet/Tenderloin and Ribeye :)

Looking forward to (bigger) pix of the finished product!!!

Bummer guys....broken camera. :(

I bought 2 prime strips, some hotdogs, snausage, some great looking pork chops and some chicken wings.

I really wish I had a camera so I could show the beautiful marbling of these steaks...next time, as these are ready to hit the cast iron, and we're ready to eat!

RyJ: $26.99/LB, not bad for this quality.
