Looking good brother, I passed on doing the salt treatment on mine but may give it a go in the future.

it's suoer easy. I think Grrrr has a thread on here with instructions

Yeah I had looked into it but the two I have done so far had pretty good looking bowls, the bottoms still showed briar and there was only a small amount of cake towards the top of the bowl.

Excellent! I just recently picked a Savenelli Capri 622&625 @ farmers market. Pretty ok condition, just a little teaming and cleanup work.
