What's your oldest working TV you have right now?

I currently have a 19" Magnavox in my computer room that I bought in 1990 and it is going strong.

Magnavox..I have an old Magnavox that my brother bought probably around the same time. Not sure how big the screen is but it is a very small t.v. May just be the same as yours.

Until recently I had a 27" Zenith that was purchased back in 1985 or so. It worked fine, but was in the garage just collecting dust so I gave it away.

I won a 20 inch NEC tv back in 1988 just before my car wreck. It was my first TV and it had a remote. I just moved it from the bedroom to the den last week in the remodeling because I cant bear to part with it.

Too funny Greg, we just talked about the old TV and about you replacing it soon. Congrats to you.

Some late 70s 27-inch Sony televisions. They work as well today as they did when I bought them.

Wow, interesting subject...

In my house, we still use a 13 inch color Sony. We bought this in 1981 when we were married.

TV works sort of....

Can't find "J" type battery for remote anymore.

Power button is inside TV and cannot manually turn it on or off.

The TV is also possessed. You can hit the remote (using another Sony remote) to turn the power off, the sound turns off, the TV channel light goes off, but the picture stays on. You have to manually unplug the TV.

Definitely got the use out of it and it is waiting for a ride to the curb!

Jeff:smile:
