In light of the upcoming Holiday season, I must admit a multitude of beverage choices are running through my mind...

So, if given the opportunity to pick one (emphasis on "one") of each a Bourbon, Scotch, and a Beer...what do you choose?

(*If one of the three isn't your thing, substitute a Rum in there somewhere)

Bourbon - limited experience here, but George T Stagg is gonna be hard to beat now that i've tried it.
Scotch - Macallan 18
Beer - Pliny the Elder
Rum - Zacapa XO

Bulleit Rye infused with raisons, oranges and cinnamon. Starting infusing it last week.
The Double Pecan Porter sounds amazing btw.

Wow Tough question, especially as it depends on the weather, the food, the cigar etc... But I would go with:
Scotch: Glenmorangie 18yr
German Beer: Reissdorf Kolsch
American Beer: The Poet (New Holland)
Wine: Throughout the winter I go with port...

Bourbon - Haven't tried enough to have a good favorite, I do like Woodford Reserve in an old fashioned though.
Scotch - Glenrothes Select Reserve is a good go to for me
Rum - HC7
Beer - Dogfish Head Bitches Brew. Man, I want to find more of this.

Wow, that's tough. Haven't had much scotch in a long time.

First the wish list, as I don't have any of these:
Bourbon: W.L. Weller (the antique version, barrel strength)
Scotch: Macallan 30yr (wth, right?)
Irish: Redbreast 15yr
Beer: Flying Dog Kujo Imperial Coffee Stout.

Now for the realistic one, based on what I have:
Bourbon: Stagg
Scotch: Dalmore Cigar Malt
Irish: Jameson
Beer: Brooklyn Chocolate Stout

If money were no object:
Bourbon: Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve 23yr
Beer: Dark Lord Imperial Stout
Scotch: Macallan 50yr
Cognac: Remy Martin, Louis XIII

But I'd probably have
Bourbon: Booker's
Scotch: I've never really tried a good Scotch, but open to recommendations. I'll add it to my Christmas list
Beer: 512 Double Pecan Porter! Herfin' Harg got this one right. Good stuff.
