Bourbon: Pappy 15 or 20, Any from the BTAC (George T. Stagg, Eagle Rare 17, Thomas Handy, etc.) Regular Buffalo Trace for cheaper bourbon.
Scotch: Glenrothes 1985 or Oban Distillers Edition
Irish Whiskey: Redbreast 12
Beer: Deschutes Abyss!!! or stick with Pliny if you're more of a Hop Head.

mmmmm .... Auslese ... our favorite kind of wine
Can't recall if we've had this label (definitely not an '83, lol), but our favorites are typically from the Mosal-Saar region of the Rhineland.

Joh. Jos. Prum is fantastic riesling. I'm particularly a fan of their Kabinett's. They're so juicy it's like drinking huge bites of a fruit salad. The auslese's have a fantastic complexity and richness though. I almost always prefer auslese's for just about any German varietal. JJ Prum is a Mosel producer too, one of the absolute best in my opinion too.mmmmm .... Auslese ... our favorite kind of wine
