Just saw this on Yahoo. I have to agree with Danilo and Larry...while in theory a single spark could set off a fire, it would have smoldered first and surely someone would have noticed/had the presense of mind to stomp it out. More likely a cigarette or cigar (gasp) was carelessly cast aside.
