OPUS X CFCF coffin storage question?

I have some old 2004, 2005, 2006 CFCF Coffins that seem to smoke amazing!!! I've kept them in the coffins with the lids cracked open about 1 inch to allow airflow.

My question is do you think that the cedar coffin adds flavor over time?

I have some regular Opus x sticks that are from around the same year(s) and the flavors don't appear to be as smooth and complex.
The cedar Opus CFCF coffin stored cigars seem to have more of a caramel, nutty, buttery flavor when compared to the non-coffins?

Has anybody noticed this before? Just curious?

Thanks for any insight.

I have cracked the 2nd charity box so far and you may have a point they are delicious. Never thought to attribute this to the coffins. I am curious what others say.
