BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I agree. The PL is the one size of Opus I have never cared for. Opus release of full size Lancero are always exquisite, however.

I am sorry that this cigar did not open up for you. I really do like these. I have yet to try one of the full size lanceros. I would have to say that the PL and the NO.5 are my favorites of the ones I have tried. The pussy cat is up there however, I have not had a chance to try any of these or the love story with any age on them yet. For me that is the trick with the Opus line. Find the right age for the size.

If your used to smoking bigger ringed cigars, you can very judgemental of a lance (Atleast I am) However in my opinion this is one good cigar and I think has more flavor than it's bigger counterparts. You need to pay attention while smoking and savor it. Without distractions you'll see what I'm talking about. It is in my opinion the most tastefull Opus out of the bunch.
It's interesting you say this. I've come to prefer smaller ringed cigars, especially the Opus (#4 is my favorite). But I've never had a PL "open up" as noted above. Makes no sense to me, but there it is. :dunno:
