  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

this giant measuring in at 9 1/4x47 . Has anyone had the chance to smoke this bad boy. Also has anyone used www.cigarsdirect.com , before I order from them.
I have used CigarsDirect.com. Billy the owner is a good guy. He also sponsors reviews on my blog so I deal with him regularly. He is legit and takes customer service seriously.

Billy may be a great guy, but $79 buck for an A is outrageous, borderline criminal.. If you look around you can find these for half of that. MSRP is around $25. Just my .02

Opus are not too far off from shipping for the Xmas allocations. There will be tons of stuff out in the not too distant future. Also, try to post an ISO thread. I know for a fact there are quite a few people that have A's that might be willing to part with one.

Well, I don't believe he has an Opus account with Fuente so he's probably paying retail himself and reselling. I don't know. Never discussed it with him. But people who cannot find Opus are willing to pay a premium for them when they do, so more power to him.

Personally, I don't find anything all that special about Opus. They are good cigars, or at least they can be with time, but I think there are better smokes to be had at better prices.... If you want to try something special try a Tatuaje Reserva SW (note sig line when considering this reccomendation).

I can't recommend an A at $79, they are good smokes, but even at what I paid (I think around $30) not sure they are worth it. At gouger prices definitely not. I enjoy Opus, if you can get them at MSRP I think they are worth smoking, I smoke atleast one a month.

If you are into the A size a Montecristo A with about 5 or 6 years on it is a good smoke. I had a '00 a couple weeks ago that was great.

Ask the boys in Texas. They seem to get the best prices. Very hard to buy via internet. Best price is a BOTL that is close to a B&M with good prices.

Kumar for that price you might as well kick yourself in the nuts, frickin' rip off! The best thing is to wait until they come out and that twice a year. OVTC.com offers them when they are in stock for way less than that bro. That's the same price you can find on ebay for those I would'nt be surprised if that vendor is also selling on ebay. Just my .02 wait until they come out again Christmas time and Fathers Day.
