Oscuro wrappers

A few cigars I really enjoy have this wrapper, Liga #9, LFD Limitado III, and I was wondering what other brands do an Oscuro? What is an Oscuro wrapper actually?

For some thing different try the Corojo Oscuro Barrel Aged by La Aurora.
And if you can find them, La Flor Dominicna Double Ligero Series A
