The La Vieja Habanas are alright sticks, nothing that's going to rock your world, but alright. And they're pretty cheap. I found the Connecticut blah, but I don't usually like them anyway. The Maduro was better. I've not personally had the Chateau Real, but have not heard bad things about them so would give it a go if I came across some. I do not care for any of the infused stuff, which they do a lot of. The reason being the sweetened cap that always seems to adorn them. Disgusting. As for the JdN stuff...the Antano, both 1970 and Dark Corojo, are pretty good. The 1970 is very strong and leathery. The Dark Corojo is strong as well, but tastier in my opinion...and smells wonderfully of molasses . I've also had the Cabinetta and while I didn't particularly care for it all that much, others do like it. I still think the LP stuff is the best they make . Hope that helps.
