Review # 71
$9.80
5.5" x 52

Strength: Medium-Full
Wrapper: Maduro, Nicaraguan
Origin: Nicaragua
Shapes: Churchill, Cigarillos, Corona, Gordo, Lancero/Panatela, Presidente, Robusto, Toro, Torpedo

Prelight: Hay aroma, green tobacco

1st 1/3
Creamy light pepper, earthiness, slightly sweet finish, toasted wood, some mustiness.
Straight burn, lots of smoke and great draw.
Considered full-bodied but seems more medium to me.

2nd 1/3
Pepper seems to be more in the background now.
Woody notes prevailing with cocoa and slight leather appearing, very smooth.
Smoke is creamy and a solid medium and effortlessly cool.

Final 1/3
The last 1/3 exposing increased bitterness but keeping a balance of flavors to the stub.
Over priced IMHO, there are so many other cigars that beat it but still an great smoke.

Smoke time 1 hour 20 min
Score 7.5 out of 10

I agree. It would hard to pay $10 for one of these. I mostly smoke the 3000's, churchhills and Ambassadors. All which can be caught on a good deal on the interwebs.
