Padron 80th roller

I just watched a documentary on YouTube about Padron cigars and at the end when they are smoking, he mentions that there is only 1 roller that rolls the 80th. Does anyone know if Padron has ever mentioned who that roller is? It would be interesting to hear this persons story. Also, they were lighting cigars with a bic. Makes me wonder why I am buying expensive lighters. Ha!
