  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Padron 80th worth it?

My B&M has some of these sitting around and I'm woundering if they are worth the $40 price tag. I like the 64's lots, the 26's not as much, but still like them. What's my odds on likeing this thing?

Only one way to find out.

My local B&M said that the 80th is based on the 1926 blend. It wasn't the owner that I spoke with so I would take it with a grain of salt but I believe I have heard that before.

IMHO, no, I think I like PAM 64s almost as much for a lot less. They taste more like a 26 then 64.

I have a friend who smoked one in my presence. I was able to grab a puff. It was fantastic. He said it was one of the top 3 he'd ever had. If I see one, and have the bucks, I'll grab one.

We have them at the shop for $30.90 both in maduro and natural. I've had two of both, both are nice sticks but still overpriced at my cost. IMHO

Whoa, they're sold for $30 everywhere around here. I've got one but haven't smoked it yet.

They're $30 at my B&M.

Whether they're "worth it" or not is completely dependent on *YOUR* value of a dollar. If you can afford to casually spend $30 (or in your case, $40) on a cigar, then there's no reason not to buy one.
